Ethnic tattoos from Ibiza

Ethnic tattooing is a project that seeks to extract a graphic that defines Ibiza to create a style of tattoo exclusive to the island. My intention is to create a style of tattoo that defines native Ibizans or people who know Ibizan culture and bring them together in common values. The graphics are taken from the motifs engraved on traditional instruments, the typical costume of the island and its local legends. This way, Ibizan customs and traditions will come into contact with the newer more unrooted generations while at the same time the tattoos will be brought to the people free of this negative and criminalised vision.
