“The FDP tackles the design of twin-level premises covering 100 m2 and creates a work space for an existing company, MARSAN, that works in the distribution and sale of organic supplements and biological cosmetics.
The proposed distribution aims to be committed to the premises, situated at street level, thanks to a modified access that allows access to the space from the front, following a longitudinal axis. This division has marked the project in such a way that on the right, on the ground floor, a cabinet-service desk and reception has been created. An initial work area for administrative staff has been placed on the left, followed by a meeting area. On the upper floor (which marks a second transverse axis), a longitudinal carpet provides access to the work area of the various managers and directors. This area allows for individual work thanks to a set comprising desk, filing cabinet and slatted screen made of pine strips, which creates privacy without losing any communication with the rest of the space and colleagues.
This design proposal seeks to create a space that is at the service of the employees, that is connected to the corporate identity of Marsan and that helps staff take decisions. It is a tool for conveying value to the company and raising its profile.”
