This project involves the study of the residents in a block of flats, so as to design a proposal for a product and/or service for all those living there. Drawing from the study of a specific community, the proposal is to design a collective shopping cart to carry the groceries of residents from market to home.

In the development of the project, Collaborative Design methodology will be considered. The design challenge is to create a foldable object with a domestic character, focussed on the use residents will require of it and integrated into the given space. The main objective is to focus on the individual and collective necessities of residents in the block of flats so as to create a system in object form, able to strengthen and reflect upon the benefits of collective living, and taking full advantage of community resources.
