Coliflor [Cauliflower] is a supposed ecological and anti-capitalist platform that has emerged from the Catalan Farmer’s Assembly, created to combat aspects regarded as negative to the interests of agriculture and stockbreeding in Catalonia through campaigns and demonstrations. With its campaigns, it seeks to inform consumers of which the companies are that seek to generate income over the quality of their products and to pressure the government to change the regulations that only favour these multinationals.
One of the most important needs is for the graphics generated for the platform to move with ease outside the digital sphere without losing its identity. As a result, studying the tools used by other movements or even by urban artists, a typeface has been created that can be reproduced with ease outside digital reproduction systems. The typeface that has been created ensures that when Coliflor goes out on to the street to generate its campaigns, actions or demonstrations, it does not lose important traits of its identity as its corporate typeface has been designed to be reproduced manually.
