The Bolet (Mushroom) is a bench with parasol that is intended to provide shade and offer shelter to people walking through public areas, such as motorway services, theme parks, airport exteriors, etc., which are places where people are often tired and cannot find anywhere to sit down protected from the sun.
As well as this, it also offers the option of integrating a light inside.
The parts that make up the shell are made of rotomoulded white polyethylene, a translucent material that enables the Bolet to generate pleasant light surroundings. These parts are large and the lightness of the polyethylene aids the assembly and transport process. On the inside, a galvanised steel structure supports the parts of the shell.
