Eina is taking part in the exhibition The W F Awards Exhibition. WORK in progress (FUTURE) with projects by students from the Bachelor in Design, developed within the Workspaces Design course led by Mireia Sandoval.
The exhibition can be visited from 16 to 26 February at the Escoleta hall at Palo Alto Barcelona and brings together an initial selection of projects submitted to the Work Forward Awards by Bernadí, whose prizes will be presented on 14 May by decision of an independent jury. Conceived as a space for process and exploration, the exhibition presents the future of work as an open field of ideas, with proposals that place users at the centre and understand design as a tool for wellbeing, innovation and social transformation.

The awards, promoted by Bernadí with the participation of several architecture and design schools in Barcelona, aim to recognise projects capable of imagining more human, flexible and sustainable working environments. The exhibited selection has been made by lecturers and experts from The Next by Bernadí community and will lead to ten finalist projects to be published in the Work Forward Awards Book.
In Eina’s case, the exhibition includes proposals produced by the students Silvia Baba, Unai Bruna, Biel Coll, Aitana Gómez, Clàudia Algàs, Chloé Marze, Andrea Rosado, Iris Tallada, Marcel Torres, Elena Tzanova and Júlia Vidal.
The works explore new models of workspaces through open and experimental approaches, prioritising wellbeing, flexibility and the human dimension of work. Rather than closed solutions, they put forward questions and possible scenarios, highlighting process, collaboration and the role of academia as a laboratory for futures.

The initiative forms part of the programme linked to the World Capital of Architecture 2026 and is supported by Bernadí, with the participation of the expert community The Next by Bernadí. This first exhibition marks the beginning of a journey that will incorporate new universities and projects through to the final selection of the awards.
