Silvia Gubern, artist and former professor at EINA, presents "Transparencies", a video installation produced in 1987 for the Video Biennial of Barcelona. At the same time, an opportunity to visit the exhibition "Begin the Beguine", showcasing several works by Silvia Gubern since 1968.
"From a seemingly banal interpretation as is the fact of speaking about time, the artist with this video installation makes us rethink this convention and shows us the influence it has in our lives. All this happens from the casual, poetic and relaxed tone of a taped conversation in two-sister languages, Ibizenco (from Ibiza) and Mallorquín (from Mallorca) ".
