Tasteless Agape. A project of Artistic Research.

On Tuesday February 17, students of the Research master in Art and Design were invited to participate in the performance Tasteless Agape that was articulated in three phases:

• Entry –The tasting-. Preparing the way for the main course. A trip to the insipid taste to savory made with closed eyes and led by the sound of Tibetan cymbals.
• Main Course-the body. Accompanied by a violin, and from a new state of physical availability, experienced the insipid through sound and spontaneous movement, moving through space and jointly creating a scenic landscape blandness.
• Desktop. Construction dialogue that took place from the experience.

The second part of the class was dedicated to exposing the creative process and in particular the link between practice and theory as a central place from which to think contemporary art.^ Many thanks to artist Vera Livia Garcia for her performance present to all involved!
