During the last days of July, the organizers committee of the Grafica Symposium has held an academic encounter in graphic design, with the objective of establishing the debate topics, speaker’s interventions and last details of the Symposium event which will be celebrated on September 4th, 2015.
Symposium Grafica 2015 has been organized by the scientific magazine in graphic design Grafica and beholds the most active institutions in the research of graphic design in our community, with the collaboration of Research Group in Strategy and Creativity in Advertising and Public Relations from the Universitat Ramon Llull; the Research Group in Advertising and Public Relations GRP from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona; the Research Group in Advanced Practices in Art and Design from EINA; the Projects Team in the University Master in Design and Communication from Elisava; and the Professional Association of Graphic Designers of Catalonia.
The program includes the participation of the director of the Design Museum in Barcelona Pilar Vélez and of Dr. Jordi Pericot, who will open the debate around the scope of the sector in didactics, limits and limitations and audiences. . Symposium’s program will be available in the blog soon.
