Lydia Metral, photographer and alumni of the Postgraduate in Photography and Editorial Design presents, #elsamicsdelbarri (neighborhood friends), photographic project worked in duo with Samuel Navarrete.

"For more than a year, we have been stealing bits of late nighters in Gràcia, capturing the essence of the neighborhood with some spontaneity. Almost always we leave with our analogue cameras blindly taking shots of people we meet along our night routes. Eclectic neighborhood full of life, where all generations coexist and share, Gràcia has logically become our hunting grounds. #elsamicsdelbarri is a tribute to the people of Gràcia, the drunks that intoxicate us with their stories, those who keep the neighborhood alive after dark, making it an authentic and singular site. #elsamicsdelbarri celebrates friendship, love … and you're not to be lied to, also wine, beer and whiskey.
