We are sad at the loss on 19 October of Pere Riera, trustee of the EINA Foundation. Pere Riera, architect and educationalist, worked closely with EINA between 1971 and 1974 as an interior design teacher and director of studies. He later taught at the ETSAV and held various posts of academic responsibility. His work as an architect was with the RGA Arquitectes practice. An inquisitive person with a great many interests, Pere Riera was also outstanding as a cultural activist in the field of music and stage design. A few days ago, on 9 October, the documentary Correspondències, Moreno Bernardi i Pere Riera was premièred at the Filmoteca de Catalunya.
