Paula Terra, former student of the Bachelor of Design and the Master’s Degree in Graphic Design at EINA, is a finalist of the C-IDEA Design Awards, the international competition that promotes talent in different design categories, with the projects Köllen Loop and Eco Huzz.
In this call for entries, 2,860 entries were received from a total of 50 countries. 129 of these projects have been selected for the final phase. The results will be announced in December in Australia.
Köllen Loop is a modular, interactive, height-adjustable coat rack that adapts to the needs of the user and the space available. The modularity of the product offers a dynamic and active structure that allows the coat rack to be easily transformed into a free-standing or wall-mounted product. In addition, the modules allow each user to configure the coat rack according to their requirements; if the family grows, the coat rack grows with the family. The project is also a finalist in the ADI Awards 2022.
Eco Huzz is a multifunctional table, produced with plastics recovered from the sea, that manages air quality. Huzz combines the function of air cleaning (purification and disinfection) with humidity conditioning to maintain an optimal humidity level.
