Luci Gutiérrez, a Barcelona-based illustrator will be talking about her work in an open session on the Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Illustration and Visual Communication Techniques.
Gutiérrez has worked in illustration for advertising, publishing and the press both nationally and internationally and her work has appeared in The New Yorker, The New York Times and many more publications.
The books she has worked on include Kamasutra, with texts by Felipe G. Gago. She has also worked extensively with Italian publisher Orecchio Acerbo Miss Galassia, by Stefano Benni, La valigia delle carabattole, by Ljudmila Petruševskaja, and L’albergo delle fiabe by Elio Pecora. She is also the author of the book English Is Not Easy, published in a number of countries.
