Lola Lasurt, professor of the Bachelor of Design, and Tornen les Esquelles, the winning project of LAB Collersola led by Martina Manyà and Ana Vivero, have been selected to participate in the 15th edition of the Art Biennial Manifesta 2024, which will take place from 8 September to 24 November 2024.
Founded in the early 1990s, Manifesta's main objective is to rethink the relationship between culture and civil society, generating a positive impact on the city that is its own and its communities. In the case of the 15th edition, it is Barcelona and the eleven metropolitan cities: Mataró, Hospitalet de Llobregat, Badalona, Cornellà, Sant Cugat del Vallés, Terrassa, Sabadell, Granollers, El Prat de Llobregat, Santa Coloma de Gramenet and Sant Adrià de Besós.
The programme of the biennial in each of the participating metropolitan cities will include interventions, exhibitions and projects in emblematic places proposed by the local artistic representative.
