“Litus”, exhibition project by Virginia Garcia

Litus is an exhibition project by Virginia Garcia based on the play of the same title, by Marta Buchaca. Three months ago Litus died in a car accident. Former partner, his two friends and his former music band fellow, meet in his flat . Toni, his brother, has called for them to deliver letters Litus left before he died. At this time, the tensions and secrets kept inside for years, come to light.

Virginia Garcia continues this time exploring the possibilities of transmedia narratives initiated for the purpose of her TFG . The theatrical experience is amended and displaced: the performance moment disappears and the viewer has to construct the whole story out of two elements. Firstly, by visiting the scene -exhibited- and on another note, by reading the script . It is important not to forget to touch: play records, open drawers and smell the dirty clothes.
