Piramidón, Centre d'Art Contemporani has presented the first edition of the Jordi Fulla Residency Award. Jordi Fulla was an outstanding artist and reference of the generation of the nineties, student, teacher and patron of the Eina Foundation.
This award, which pays tribute to the artistic figure, legacy and creative and restless spirit of Jordi Fulla, aims to give contemporary visual artists the opportunity to immerse themselves in the artistic environment of Barcelona, work and reside in a studio in order to further develop their creative process or explore new forms of creation, as well as participate in a series of cultural activities to enrich their practice and establish connections with the local and international artistic community.
Applications are open until 30 August.
