Exposició Ignotus: el fons desconegut de la Biblioteca d’Eina

Exhibition Ignotus: the unknown collection of the Eina Library

The Eina Library opens the doors to an unexplored part of its documentary collection with Ignotus, the first temporary exhibition that brings visibility to some of the materials kept in the Special Collections section, as well as curious books from its collection that rarely leave the Library.

From artist’s books to self-published works, Ignotus is an invitation to rediscover the cultural and educational heritage we have access to, aiming to reveal the richness and uniqueness of the library’s holdings. Each item on display is accompanied by a short text that contextualizes its value, history, or unique features.

The exhibition will be open to the public from April 22 to May 12 in the ground floor exhibition space. We invite you to let yourself be surprised by this unknown collection and to enjoy this first initiative that marks a new stage in how the Library's content is shared.
