Eina is taking part in the cooperative CONTROLUM project, an initiative led by the Lighting Cluster of Catalonia (CICAT) aimed at strengthening training and specialised knowledge in lighting control systems within the lighting sector.
The project brings together companies and organisations from the sector with the goal of improving technical and strategic skills in the field of intelligent lighting control, a key area in the evolution of connected, efficient and sustainable lighting. CONTROLUM is being developed with the support of ACCIÓ – Government of Catalonia, within programmes supporting cooperative cluster projects.
The organisations and companies participating in the project are Eina, Asselum, JVV Grup, Protopixel and Vossloh-Schwabe, contributing expertise in areas such as design, systems integration, technology and product development.
The initiative responds to the growing need for professional profiles with applied knowledge of protocols, systems integration and lighting control management tools. In this context, Eina’s participation provides an academic and design perspective, linking education with the real needs of the industry.
CONTROLUM promotes knowledge transfer between companies, training centres and specialists, and aims to provide practical resources and technical content to support better decision-making in advanced lighting projects. The project also strengthens cooperation between manufacturers, integrators, designers and installers.
