The 50th anniversary of the foundation of EINA is an opportunity to promote celebration and meeting activities to everyone that has, at some point, been linked to EINA. It is also an opportunity to think about the future and strengthen our teaching and research project.
On Wednesday 21st of June, there will be a presentation ceremony for the 50 years of EINA, which will take place at CCCB's viewpoint (Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona). In the event, there will be a presentation of the project 50 graphic versions of EINA 50 YEARS, and the school's historical file. In terms of the graphic image project, there will be proposals from fifty different graphic designers, linked to the school - professors, former professors, and former students-, authors from several generations and different origins which represent the variety of graphical languages, some with long trajectories, and others who just started their career. As for the Archive, thousands of textual and visual, catalogued and described files containing information about the history of EINA since 1967 will be available online
The event will include the participation of Enric Steegmann, President of the EINA Foundation; Oriol Pibernat, Commissioner of the 50th anniversary: Rubén Alcaraz, Manager of EINA History File, and Anna Pujadas, Director.
