EINA participates with a Workshop in BIGDRAW 2014, organized by the Picasso Museum in Barcelona

On Sunday October 19th, from 11am to 7pm, several areas of the Ribera, Santa Caterina and Sant Pere districts in Barcelona, among them EINA Espai Barra de Ferro, will participate in BIGDRAW, Drawing Festival, organized by the Picasso Museum in Barcelona. Enric Mas and Tània Costa will coordinate the workshop Els colors de l’ombra (The colors of a shadow), ideated as a research lab and experimental space to recreate inmaterial interpretations of the presence of objects, through the observation of its luminic context. During the workshop, participants will be working on drawing techniques of shadows –with white, black and color inks-, understanding them as meaningful representations in the duality volume-light that constitutes the extension of the material. It will therefore happen that each participant will have its own subjective interpretation of the intangible version of objects.

Results of the workshop will be exhibited at EINA Espai Barra de Ferro during the entire following week, time after which each participate will be able to recall its piece. You may read more on the event in information points of Museu Picasso.
