EINA participates in Imagine Circular Economy

Thirty students from the Design Degree in the subjects of Business for designers, 3rd year, and Design Management, 4th year, have participated in the disruptive innovation programme promoted by the Banco Sabadell Foundation and coordinated by Imagine Creativity Center, Imagine Circular Economy, which took place last October 7 in Barcelona.

The aim of the programme is to rethink and improve the way of consuming with reuse and recycling. The more than 200 participants met for teams in order to raise awareness and develop new ways of consumption and responsible use for citizens. The initiative was mentored by Georgina Curto, professor of the Degree in Design.

Imagine Circular Economy has the support of Aigües de Barcelona, Endesa and Epson, and with the participation of professionals and managers from entities that are sensitive to the circular economy sector, such as Sonia Mulero, director of the Banco Sabadell Foundation; Xavier Verdaguer from Imagine Creativity Center; Joan Escoté from Epson; Nerea de la Corte from the Endesa; Maria Monzó from Aigües de Barcelona; Jaume Barón from Barcelona Activa; Mateu Pereira from Corsegames; Juan Carlos Martel from Teatre Lliure, Pau de Solà-Morales, director of EINA; Verónica Kuchinow from Simbiosy; Berta Roca from Berta Roca & Co; Andrés Rodríguez from SpainMedia; Margarita Navia from BIST; Elisabet Alier from Aspapel; Joana Sánchez from INESDI Digital Business School; Jaume Gomà from Ulabox; and Adela Conchado, sustainability, innovation and circular economy consultant.
