Flavià Boleda al Brut!

Eina participates in the Brut! 2025 Festival

Brut! is the space at the Blanc! Festival where design students present their Final Degree Projects on October 2 and 3 at the Museu del Disseny in Barcelona.

This edition will feature Alex Martin Borrego, Helena García Sagarra, and Aina López Olivé, who will present their Final Degree Projects of the Bachelor in Design on Thursday, October 2, at 3:50 pm., 4:00 pm, and 4:10 pm, respectively.

Alex Martin Borrego – Final Degree Project Rumbo
Rumbo is a digital platform that guides young people who lack a clear path, offering personalised recommendations using artificial intelligence. The visual design reflects the confusion of this stage, with graphic elements that evoke a future under construction. The experience functions as a close and empathetic conversation, not as an imposed test. Rumbo combines design, narrative and communication to convey that not having a clear path is not a mistake, but the beginning of the journey.

Helena García Sagarra – Final Degree Project Fractura
Fractura explores provoked error as a communicative and creative tool within graphic design. In a context dominated by perfection and uniformity, intentional error is vindicated as a mechanism for rupture and expression. The project is based on a ten-point manifesto, visually deconstructed using manual and digital resources. This takes the form of a main publication and a complementary piece that documents the process with scanners. The results show that conscious error generates unique pieces with their own identity, opening up new avenues in visual narrative.

Aina López Olivé – Final Degree Project Natura Naturans
Natura Naturans was born from experimentation with traditional printing techniques. The project moves from seeking fixed results to observing the interaction of materials. This leads to marbling, a technique based on spontaneous and unpredictable reactions. The images evoke natural forms and create a paradox between speed and slowness. In this way, a dialogue is established between the instantaneous artistic gesture and the slow pace of nature.

The Final Degree Projects presented here were supervised by Pilar Gorriz, Laia Clos and Javier Pereda.

During the Brut! celebration, the three best projects will be selected to form part of the Blanc! 2025 edition, and will also receive a grant to present the project at the 2026 Laus Awards. The three students will be invited to Blanc! to explain their project, and the festival audience, made up of professionals from the design sector, will choose the winner of the Crema Award for Emerging Talent in Design. In 2024, the award was won by Eina student Flavià Boleda with his Final Degree Project of the Bachelor in Design BOLO 01.
