Eina Idea Metro Mudra

In its collaboration with Sónar+D CCCB, Eina Idea presents a system of gestures, pictograms and visual elements that will be deployed at specific points in the TMB network under the title EINA IDEA METRO MUDRA.

Inspired by the Buddhist and Hindu tradition of poses and ritual gestures, METRO MUDRA suggests a re-enchantment of the body's journeys in public space and a poetic reflection on social distance, perception and motivation.

The project will be on display at the TMB network ecosystem –at the Universitat, Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, Sagrada Família, Espanya, Diagonal, La Sagrera, Sants Estació stations–, where it will be presented between 4 and 19 September, as well as in the CCCB during the days of Sónar+D.

This project was co-creatively developed from a series of workshops that involved young designers and teachers at EINA between June and July 2020.
