EINA participates in the '(Òh!)pera' project promoted by the Gran Teatre del Liceu in which four small-format operas will be designed to be presented during the same evening on 9 and 10 July 2022.
The students of the Bachelor of Design in the 2021-2022 academic year will work on this initiative, mentored by Àlex Oller, and is the result of the Liceu's collaboration with the Barcelona City Council's Department of Tourism and Creative Industries, the Disseny Hub Barcelona and the city's design schools to promote learning by doing.
Also participating in '(Òh!)pera' are composers with links to Barcelona; young stage directors who will work with the schools of theatre, design and applied arts to create their productions; singers from the country; small chamber ensembles from the Liceu Conservatory, among others.
