Next April 23rd, will take place at EINA the Debate on Transition and City Design, El 23 d’abril es realitza un debat a EINA sobre el Disseny per a la transició i la ciutat, promoted by Research Group in Design Processes.
Students of the 3rd year, through the subject Latest trends in design, have researched the content, designed the dynamics of the panels and have agreed to develop 4 topics of discussion:

- Is the role of the designer key to Design in Transition? If so, what is most important: to design life or product behaviours?

- Crowfunding as an element for transition

- Barcelona, transition city? Recovery of public space: sustainability policies, cooperation initiatives within neighborhoods, collective architectures..

- How does design influence the management of decision taking within a community, both social and corporate vs. those purely collaborative?

3rd year Students have worked with the following experts for the debate's organization:
- Designer Adrià Garcia i Mateu, of HOLON, to speak on Transition Design
- Economist Jordi Martí, of ALTRIUM Strategic Colaboration, to open the debate on Collaborative Processes in Cities, organizations and companies.
