Information session Food Design: Edible Artefact

The online information session for the Food Design: Edible Artefact intensive course at Eina is aimed at creative professionals interested in exploring the relationship between design and food from a contemporary, experimental perspective.

During the session you will be able to ask questions about the course content, the working methodology and project development. The session will be led by the programme's coordinator, Martí Guixé.

About the programme

Coordinated by Martí Guixé, the Food Design: Edible Artefact intensive course proposes an immersion in food design, understanding food as a territory where design, material culture, behaviour and contemporary consumption systems converge. Through research, experimentation and conceptual development, participants will work on new ways of thinking about what we eat, how we eat and how we could eat.

The programme has an intensive, practical and experimental format that combines the analysis of international food design references with exploratory exercises, ideation processes and prototyping, leading to the development of each participant's own food design proposal.
