Tamariua, Morts de fondeig Ecològics

Tamariua offers a new perspective on marine infrastructure design, focusing on anchoring vessels and buoys. These elements, typically used to anchor vessels and buoys, are redesigned with the aim of adding an additional function: to encourage the increase of marine biodiversity. Entitled “Tamariua, Ecological Anchoring Vessels”, the proposal integrates the functionality of these structures with the active promotion of marine life. Through a modular design and the incorporation of bivalve shells in the material, the aim is to create natural habitats for various marine species, contributing to the conservation of local marine ecosystems. This project aims to improve the health and resilience of these ecosystems and offers a sustainable solution to address the loss of biodiversity on the Mediterranean coasts.
