Graduated in International Business and Marketing from the School of International Trade (ESCI-UPF) and with a Master's Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, she has explored the business world as an entrepreneur and worked in different areas of different types of organisations: consulting, multinational companies, SMEs and non-profit organisations.
Interested in sustainable management and social innovation, she was certified in Designing Sustainable Futures by ESADE Creapolis and since then has been involved in accompanying projects that drive new business models and generate a greater impact on society.

Professional experience
She began her professional career at Henkel, supporting the implementation of growth strategies for Schwarzkopf Professional in Europe and South America. At the age of 20, she decided to become an entrepreneur and co-founded the company Cuina Canela Fina, a gastronomic space where teambuildings and gastronomic activities are held. A solid project that 10 years later continues to welcome clients on a daily basis.
Interested in sustainable management, she joined Social Engineering, where she promotes the Global CSR Week and participates in consultancy projects. Simultaneously, she is involved as Product Manager in the development team of Apambu, a SaaS platform to help companies manage sustainability metrics and strategy.
She has also been Head of Startup Growth at Netmentora Catalunya, where she has selected and accompanied more than 150 startups, detecting the needs of the projects, facilitating connections between business leaders and organising inspiration, co-creation and networking events.
She is currently responsible for business development, strategy and marketing at Esperta, the company that markets the Predictive Index in Spain under the Better Work, Better World purpose.
