If you are considering studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Design, one of the key moments is the university pre-enrolment process. Understanding how it works and, above all, being clear about the dates will help you complete the process calmly and without mistakes.
📅 Key pre-enrolment calendar
The university admission process in Catalonia is carried out through the pre-enrolment system. For the upcoming academic year, the main dates are as follows:
→ Design Degree at Eina – Pre-registration code: 21015
- Pre-enrolment (June intake): from 2 to 26 June
- First allocation of places: 10 July
- Enrolment (first allocation, first preference): from 14 to 17 July
- Second allocation: 23 July
- Enrolment for all students allocated to any preference: from 24 to 28 July
Afterwards, there are several reallocation rounds throughout the summer while vacancies remain available.
There is also a September intake (subject to available places), with pre-enrolment on 16 and 17 September.
How the process works
Pre-enrolment is completed online through the university access portal. During this process:
- You may select up to 8 study options, ranked by preference
- The order is crucial and cannot be modified once the deadline has passed
- Places are allocated based on your admission grade and stated preferences
✏️ After allocation: enrolment
Once you have been allocated a place:
- If it is your first preference, you must enrol within the specified deadline
- Failure to enrol will result in the loss of the allocated place
