Eina and the Consortium for Commerce, Crafts and Fashion of Catalonia (CCAM) have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at strengthening links between education, design, crafts and fashion, while facilitating access to specialised training for professionals and emerging talent.
The agreement stems from a shared commitment to building connections between institutions and making education and knowledge available to the communities they represent. In this context, the collaboration will bring Eina’s expertise in design and research closer to professionals and emerging talent working in the crafts and fashion sectors.
Training for a sector in transformation
Continuing professional development is one of the central pillars of the agreement. It will provide preferential access to Eina’s master’s programmes, postgraduate diplomas, specialist courses and short courses for everyone holding an official craftsperson accreditation, in any of its categories, as well as young people who have taken part in any of CCAM’s Talent Jove programme initiatives in recent years.
In a sector shaped by the emergence of new forms of expression, professional profiles and ways of working, training plays a key role in bringing in new perspectives and supporting the continued development of professional practice. The agreement encourages this exchange between knowledge and experience and creates opportunities for interaction across disciplines related to design, crafts and fashion.

The collaboration between Eina and CCAM brings together the university centre’s academic and research expertise with the professionals and emerging talent connected to the Consortium, fostering closer links between fields that share common interests and challenges.
