Summer course in Photography: Portrait and Gender
The course combines the theory and practice of portrait photography from a critical and gender perspective. It is intended for amateur photographers to provide them with technical and expressive resources and is aimed at experimentation, visual reflection and breaking down stereotypes. The photographs taken during the course will be used to create a self-published publication.

Student profile
It is aimed at people without previous experience who have an interest in photography and practise it occasionally as amateurs. The photographs may be taken with any type of digital camera. Baccalaureate students may apply.

- Discourse and theory: brief introduction to feminisms, themes and problems, and interpretation of photographic references.
- Technique and practice: expressive resources for photographic creation.
