Uli Marchsteiner

Teaching

Professor at EINA since 1998. Received his Bachelor’s from the University of Art and Design Linz, Austria. PhD in Philosophy, 2014. Marchsteiner has organized numerous conferences, classes and workshops in Barcelona and in universities such as the University of Fine Arts Munich, Bauhaus University Weimar, University of Cologne and University of Applied Arts Vienna.

Professional experience and research

He works at his own studio, umd/c as a product designer and exhibition curator, creating both museum and commercial spaces.

From 2006 to 2009 he was president of the ADI-FAD (Association of Industrial Design) in Barcelona.
