Outgoing mobility programmes

The mobility programmes to which EINA adheres to are:

  • Erasmus Students. Exchange programme with European universities that benefit from the Erasmus grant. Due to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) this programme recognises the credits taken at host universities.
  • UAB student mobility programme. Exchange programme with universities outside Europe (mainly the Americas, Asia and Oceania).

To make an exchange students must be enrolled in a UAB or affiliated centres’ Degree during the 2018/19 school year and must matriculate during the 2019/2020 school year. It must be considered that if selected for an exchange during the course 2019/2020, and if during the 2018/19 school year all the credits of the syllabus for the obtention of the Degree are obtained, the academic record will close automatically. Once the record is closed it’s not possible to reopen it to introduce any enrolment or recognition. In such a case the student won’t be able to benefit from the exchange during the 2019/2020 school year as they will no longer be in a position to enroll, essential requirement to be able to be an exchange student.

Students need to have passed 30 credits in the moment of the request. Nevertheless, students in 3rd and 4th courses are recommended to participate in the mobility programmes for a better validation of the credits. Foreign language certificates help obtain a higher ranking when requesting a mobility place and it is indispensable when applying for the Generalitat grants.
