Through the UAB Employability Service, EINA offers the promotion of the professional careers of recent graduates at an international level.
The main objectives of the Erasmus+ Internships and UAB Exchange Programme Traineeships are as follows:
- Promote the mobility of students and recent graduates for internships in companies, training centres, research centres and other organisations.
- To help young people to acquire additional professional skills and competences through training and practical experience abroad.
- To complement academic training with practical knowledge in order to facilitate the subsequent incorporation of young people into the labour market.
- To facilitate learning about the social, labour and business reality of another country and the EU.
