EINA, Barcelona's university centre of design and art, is promoting a collaboration project with universities and institutions in China, which forms an international network for the transfer of knowledge and technology, as well as teaching and business exchanges.
EINA Global MAD is an educational and cultural project of collaboration between Eina, University Centre of Design and Art of Barcelona, the Research Center of Contemporary Art Criticism and Curating of the CAFA ART MUSEUM of Beijing and the educational entity ZIYOU of Singapore.
EINA Global MAD comprises various programmes that foster exchange and mutual understanding between Spanish and Chinese university, cultural and artistic institutions. EINA Global MAD offers programmes of: courses of adaptation to the university learning methodology, situated projects, scholarships for students, internships in international companies, inter-university teaching exchanges, curatorial collaborations, research and critical publications in art and design.
EINA Global MAD offers the EINA ZIYOU 2024-25 Talent Scholarship programme aimed at postgraduate and master's degree students of the EINA university centre. With the aim of promoting excellence in the field of design, four €1500 scholarships are open to students with talent, a good academic curriculum and outstanding motivation and proactivity. The call is open to all those who wish to study at EINA and who have been admitted to one of the school's own master's and postgraduate programmes for the 2024-2025 academic year. The scholarship consists of a €1500 discount on the tuition fees.
EINA Global MAD promotes EINA's participation in Shenzen Design Week as an international school invited by the City of Design Shenzen, a design promotion organisation linked to the city council. EINA students and researchers take part in the Labs exchange programme with the Jupiter Museum in Shenzhen and the Power Station of Art in Shanghai.
MAD, academic and cultural immersion course, is a course of adaptation to Spanish university learning methodologies, to facilitate the use of university master's degree studies, as well as cultural immersion, aimed at Chinese students.
