Models and prototypes of Visual Creation is a practical subject where experimentation, both with the materials used and the concepts derived from the practice itself, will lead the student to rethink the limits of contemporary art and design. The student is invited to transit, develop, project and execute ideas that help them meet their uniqueness.
Throughout the course, the student will have to develop the ability to make their ideas tangible by projecting them through the model and the prototype.
The content of the subject is a theoretical and practical tour of the materials and ideas, with which the student will be able to establish dialogues. Active participation will be required where debate, analysis, reflection will be important, as well as knowing the creative processes used and being able to explain them.
The main objective is to develop the creative habit through experimentation and practice, to be able to project ideas, to describe them materially and on different scales, and to promote reflection and creativity.
