Eina is established as a private, non profit-making Foundation, whose main aim is the teaching of art and design and the fostering of creation and cultural debate.
The Foundation’s governing body is the Board of Trustees, which comprises people who teach or who have taught at Eina. The tasks assigned to the Board Trustees include electing the management of the school.
